T2CF Weekly Schedule:

 

Monday: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11am, 12pm, 4:30pm(SoCal Athletics), 5:30pm, 6:30pm

 

Tuesday: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11am, 12pm, 4:30(Athletics Team), 5:30pm, 6:30pm(Athletics Team)

 

Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11am, 12pm, 4:30(Athletics Team), 5:30pm, 6:30pm(Athletics Team)

 

Thursday: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11am, 12pm, 4:30(SoCal Athletics), 5:30pm, 6:30pm(Athletics Team)

 

Friday: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11am, 12pm, 5:30pm

 

Saturday: 9:00am only (This class is FREE to anybody and we encourage you to bring a friend)

 

Sunday: Olympic Lifting Day 9am-11am (Members Only)

 

On-Ramp Class: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Only 7:00am & 7:30pm. Any other scheduling of On-Ramp must be arranged with a trainer.

 

 

All of the above classes are T2 CrossFit Classes unless they are labeled something else.  

We are teaming up with our next door neighbors, The SoCal Athletics Academy to train their individual athletes as well as their teams. The SoCal Athletics are the 2013 12&Under and 18&Under Premier Girls Fastpitch National Champions and we are proud to have developed a relationship with them.  The Athletics are considered one of the top Girls Softball Acadamys in the country and has 4-PGF National Championships to their credit!
